If you want to download the source code for MakeHuman and/or run from a source snapshot, see the MakeHuman repository on Github. Look for the file named *-nightly-windows.zip. We are still producing nightly builds (see which version should I download?), which can be found in the download directory.
At this point we recommended that you download the stable release (1.2.0)
